Concrete Repair, Grind & Seal:

This milking parlor had it’s cream eaten away over many years of water and chemicals.  Since this farmer expects to build a new parlor soon, he elected to repair rather than replace.  The simplest and cheapest method was to grind this concrete flat again.  We were able to come in and in 4 hours grind this terribly pitted concrete slab flat again.  The longer term method would have been to install an urethane cement floor, but this is a good short term solution.
