Epoxy Shop Floor with partial flake

Partial flake epoxy floor in shop on the Oregon Coast.

Our team recently worked on a project at a shop floor located on the picturesque Oregon Coast. The task at hand was to rectify an unsightly concrete job that had previously been done. The first step of our operation involved prepping the floor. We achieved this by grinding the surface until it reached what we call the ‘salt and pepper’ stage, which refers to the exposure of fine aggregate in the concrete. The next stage of the process was to install a sturdy, epoxy floor with partial flake flooring. One of the primary benefits of this type of flooring is its durability. It’s built to withstand heavy traffic and wear, making it an ideal choice for commercial spaces. Furthermore, the epoxy floor we installed is incredibly easy to clean, saving the shop owner time and effort in maintenance. Lastly, this floor is designed to last, offering a long-term flooring solution that combines function with aesthetic appeal.
